Powder Coating and Wet Spraying

In-house powder coating equipment ensures tight control on both efficiency and delivery, and guarantees that quality remains our highest priority.

Our plant utilises an industry leading pre-treatment process OXSILANŽ. OXSILANŽ is a new metal pre-treatment technology that is free of hazardous metals and provides superior corrosion resistance for a wide range of metal substrates.

OXSILANŽ replaces traditional iron and zinc phosphate products. The products provide a superior ecological profile. OXSILANŽ is suitable for metal surface treatment, e.g. cold rolled steel, aluminum, zinc coated steels, as well as multi metal applications.

Wet Spray Coating Application

Our new Wet Spray facilities are designed to apply fine paints in a climate controlled environment. We are able to produce custom finishes and apply water based, solvent based and 2 pack paint systems.

We have facilities for surface preparation in addition to the ability to apply etch primers. All coating can be applied to specific Dry Film Thickness (DFT) levels. Capabilities Component length upto 6 metres Maximum height 2500mm Maximum width 2500mm
